Anne Costa was born and raised in Thailand and migrated to Norfolk, Virginia at the age of 11. A daughter of artists and imbued with a sense of wanderlust, Anne has studied at various institutions including San Francisco Art Institute, Burapha University in Thailand, Washington University in Saint Louis where she earned her BFA in Illustration and Motion Graphics, and finally at the American Film Institute Conservatory where she earned her Masters of Fine Arts with a focus in Production design.
Anne is happy that she found a field that finally codifies her seemingly scattered training in the arts. She currently resides and works in Los Angeles, California. In her spare time, she mentally travels the world and revises her Oscar acceptance speech. |
